Literature data are reviewed on the properties of dexibuprofen related to thebiopharmaceutics classification system (BCS). Dexibuprofen was assessed to be a BCS classII drug.This article summarizes themain pharmacological effects, therapeutical applications, adverse drug reactions drug-drug interactions,pharmacokinetic properties, physicochemicalproperties and BCS classification of dexibuprofen. Dexibuprofen is propionic acid derivatives.It is the activedextrorotatoryenantiomerofibuprofen.
