A series of 2-[2,4-bis(aryl/alkylamino)thiazol-5-oyl]benzothiazole derivatives were synthesized from 1-aryl-3-(N,N’-diarylamidino)thioureas and 2-(2-bromoacetyl)benzothiazole with triethylamine.Their structures were established on the basis of IR,1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectral analyses. Antioxidant activities of synthesized compounds have been evaluated by DPPH free radical scavenging activity.
