Substituted 6-aryl-4-methyl-2-oxo-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyrimidine-5-(N-aryl) carboxamides have been prepared and characterized by 1H NMR spectral analysis. The antimicrobial activities and structure reactivity correlation of the compounds have been studied.
